Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is proven to be a highly effective and efficient method of self defence, used today by Military and Law Enforcement agencies across the world.
Shawn Pretat, while serving an extensive career of over 14 years in the military, he has trained adults and children for over 10 years of that in Martial Arts while stationed within the United States and abroad. Currently serving in the United States Army as the Ft. Bliss Head Instructor of Hand to Hand Combatives.
Each student is individually critiqued and focused on, being offered a complete program that includes fitness, self defense, technical drills, live sparring and specific training for competitions.
